Property Investment Advisor - City of London Up to £30,000 plus uncapped bonus Year 1 OTE £50,000 A great opportunity exists for a Mortgage Broker (Min 12 months experience) to join our client, a highly successful property investment brokerage. They are looking for finance professionals with a minimum of 12 months experience in mortgage broking (regulated or unregulated) to join their rapidly growing team. This is a fast paced and dynamic environment providing great rewards for a Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor who is keen to develop a career in bespoke property investment advice (debt advisory). This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your existing experience as a mortgage broker and broaden the scope of your advice and reach - Notably offering advice on a range of development finance products to some of the UK's most well recognised property developers. For the right individuals, support and guidance will be provided so that you can grow and fine-tune your expertise and develop into a specialist debt advisor. The role itself will be focused on stimulating new business and introducing their product offering to property developers. We are looking for professionals that exhibit the following skills and habits: Minimum 12 months mortgage advisory experience (regulated or non regulated) An aptitude for numbers and attention to detail Great communicator: Both verbal and written An inherent desire to succeed Pro-active and can-do approach
