Overview
Conrad Finance are pleased to be supporting a leading international business based in Glasgow. Due to recent success and growth they are looking to recruit a Temporary HR Analyst to join their established team on an ongoing temporary contract. The successful candidate will have previous HR reporting and strong analysis experience, be confident in developing quality level output for senior level managers and have strong communication and excellent attention to detail. Duties You will utilise all existing database systems to generate a selection of required reports Develop, maintain, and support data capture tools as needed for use by global HR teams Create, maintain, and support singular or standard reports specific to the requirements for a variety of external and internal clients You will Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, or irregularities and discuss findings with appropriate HR and senior personnel Identify and support continuous process improvement activities to positively affect HR's image, services, and contributions to the organisation as a whole Develop and update a variety Operating Procedures / Process Maps to ensure that robust processes are in place Assist in areas that can improve the efficiency, accuracy and ease of production of monthly data submissions from the global HR team Assist in other work-related duties and tasks as assigned by management You will have: Strong attention to detail Experience with HR reporting and metrics Familiarity with HR system such as oracle This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business who offer a great working environment on an ongoing basis.
