Key duties: Requirements: Your duties will include - Client management over meetings, phone calls, emails and video calls Designing and implementing financial systems Review and narrate management account packs Design and manage financial forecasting models Run detailed weekly cash flow forecasts Produce agency benchmarking reports Assist the Finance Directors in controlling the finance function Manage junior members of the finance function Identify and convert opportunities to deliver more value to clients by selling more of our services Producing content to add value to the agency market and to produce leads To be a brand ambassador championing our brand with networking within the industry and building an online profile Refine and innovate the systems that underpin how we run things Reviewing VAT returns that have been prepared by accounting technicians Reviewing self assessments which have been prepared by accounting technicians Reviewing P11D's Preparing, reviewing and completing 2 Degree Reports Who you are: ACCA, ACA, CIMA or Equivalent Qualified Minimum of 3 years Accountancy Practice experience Passionate about compliance work Highly competent in preparing, filing and reviewing VAT returns Highly competent in preparing, filing and reviewing PAYE Highly competent in preparing, filing and reviewing Self Assessment Tax Returns Highly competent in preparing, filing and reviewing Year End Accounts Highly competent in preparing, filing and reviewing Corporation Tax Ability to report on financial KPIs Blog writing Effective Delegator Excellent Time Management skills Passionate about Client satisfaction Effective Communicator Ability to provide feedback to other team members Efficient Accurate Positive Inquisitive Passionate
