Overview
Cleaning Supervisor You will responsible Daily supervision of Housekeeping early shift team to effectively deliver an exceptional standard of cleaning to the site. This role is 75% 'hands on' involving the cleaning of tenant office and communal areas. Front line for people management of the team, including HR-related activities such as recruitment and selection, induction, probationary reviews, Return to Work interviews, managing holiday requests, disciplinary issues and performance appraisal. Monitors individual team members to identify and schedule training required. Works closely with team members to recognise shortcomings or weaknesses and addresses these issues. Oversees the training and development of the team to ensure standards are maintained.
