Overview
Time Zero is working with a successful automotive group spanning much of the South Coast. They have tasked us with looking for a Franchised Used Car Manager , this is great role and you will be managing a collection of 4 Main Dealer's used car stock. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is comfortable working within a Showroom dynamic and experienced and motivated to bring Group wide initiatives to improve the used car operation. What’s the benefits? Great basic salary of £35,000 with OTE £60,000 Company car as well as staff car buying scheme, Life Assurance, ongoing Training and Development to name a few. What’s it like? You will be responsible for 100's of cars, acquiring, disposing and managing the stock . You will oversee quality standards, pricing strategy and ensuring the cars are marketed correctly and to their fullest. Training and Development You will need to have had lots training and development to be at the level required to fill this position but further will be on offer. You will be guided and supported by the General Sales Managers and Group Used Car Buyer. Why is there space for me? You need to be a driven, dynamic individual with a proven track record in Used Car Sales . You need to be experienced manager able to lead, manage, train and coach sales executives on best practice.
