Want to make a difference? A leading international law firm with offices worldwide are recruiting for a CSR Manager to join their thriving organisation and be based primarily at their offices in the City. This diverse and exciting role sits broadly within the HR function working closely with Partners and with the HR Director to take the lead on CSR activities and programs across the whole firm. Key duties will include; • Manage all of the Firm's CSR programmes and initiatives • Devise and plan the global CSR strategy of the Firm • Build and maintain strong relationships with charity partners • Identify and implement community projects • Lead on sustainability • Review CSR initiatives to measure engagement internally and with the wider community • Lead on fundraising Required experience • Experience of creating and delivering CSR programmes in a global professional services environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships globally at all levels • Experience of working with charities within a corporate environment • Strong written communication skills and aptitude for creating engaging content • Experience of working closely with different geographical locations and cultures • Project management knowledge with experience of managing suppliers and budgets.
