Part 3 Architect £25,000 - £40,000 Full Time Ancoats, Manchester Our client is an award-winning architecture practice and they are looking for a part 3 architect to work in their Manchester office to work both heritage and new build projects. We are seeking someone who loves architecture. Someone with imagination and the ability to think in a poetic, pragmatic way. From interpreting the brief to crafting the construction, you will be involved in the whole journey. Always navigating towards architecture. You will be very hands-on, working with our client`s team to design and deliver unique solutions for creative clients on amazing projects in Manchester and around the country. What you need: Part 3 Qualified 3 years experience Project delivery experience Planning knowledge UK Building Regulation knowledge - residential, commercial etc. 2D CAD project and construction drawing Revit skills 3D CAD and hand drawing (beneficial) What you will get: Work with globally recognised architects Competitive Salary Stunning, artistic office space Help with relocation/ accommodation (if req.)
