Overview
Piers Meadows are recruiting for a confident Occupational Therapists to join the team in our NHS client's team in Croydon. NO CARE CO-ORDINATION The Team: Croydon Reablement is a mental health reablement service aimed to support clients transitioning from secondary mental health care back to the care of their GP. It is an OT led service based in Central Croydon with good transport links to the community hubs where clients are seen for appointments. Sessions take place weekly for a maximum of 12 weeks and no care co-ordination is required. This is a full time role, but part-time workers will be considered. The ideal candidate will have: previous NHS experience, or strong equivalent overseas experience (e.g. from Australia) mental health experience, preferably with reablementcaseload experience excellent communication skills ability to work as part of a team able to hit the ground running This role is expected to run for at least 3 months, with strong possibility of extension. You must have a degree/diploma or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and be HCPC registered to be eligible for this role.
