Young Adult Support Worker - Temporary to Permanent Position - ASAP Start - Rural Ammanford Your new company A fantastic Temporary to Permanent opportunity to work as a Support Worker for a well-established Care Provider that provides services for Young Adults with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviours has become available. Our clients are looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join their team and are keen at looking at progression and developing themselves with training. Your new role You will be working with people to help them develop their independence and will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with adults on a day to day basis to promote their independence and ensure that they have fun while staying safe. What you will need to succeed To be considered for this Support Work role, you will need to have experience working with young adults with Learning disabilities and Challenging Behaviours. You will also need either access to your own car or be able to travel flexibly on public transport. You will need to be compassionate, patient and level headed. You will need to have a genuine desire to provide meaningful, considered support and the ability to thrive in a person centred environment.
