Overview
INrecruitment are proud to be recruiting a mixed M&A/Transaction Services Corporate Finance Manager role for a leading advisory firm in Buckinghamshire. Working across the mid-markets, the successful Corporate Finance Manager will be joining a fast-paced Corporate Finance team, who are drawn exclusively from the Big 4 and other notable advisory firms. This mixed M&A/Transaction Services role will require a flexible attitude and approach from the successful candidate, who will manage the transactional work across the Corporate Finance team, together with supporting senior team members on complex transactions and leading on less complex assignments. In this Corporate Finance Manager role you must be either ACA, ACCA (or equivalent) qualified. You will be commercially astute, and with a minimum 2 years post-qualified experience - with at least 18 months in Corporate Finance (TS or M&A).
