Overview
Manchester Staff are currently searching for a Customer Service Executive to be based at our client’s offices in Handforth. This is a full-time permanent position. Our client is an industry leading Accountancy Practice with over 30 years’ experience of making contracting a hassle-free process for their clients nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who wants to join a successful, established but very much growing business, and progress their career. The ideal Customer Service Executive will be office-based reporting directly into the Payroll Manager. Your day to day duties will consist of dealing with pay queries, customer complaints and agency workers with an estimated split of 70% phone based and 30% admin duties This is a full-time permanent position. Skills and experience: Customer Service experience. Ability to multitask. Organised and able to manage workload efficiently. Telephony based experience preferential but face to face acceptable. Experience of working within payroll beneficial. The Package: £18-20,000 salary (Dependant on experience). Study support towards Payroll and Accounts qualifications. Progression opportunities.
