Overview
A dynamic and entrepreneurial business based near Portsmouth is recruiting a Finance Manager to work closely with the Head of Finance. Managing a small finance team the main responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:- • Monthly management accounts and presentation of numbers • Variance analysis with commentary • Working with the budget holders to support their understanding of the numbers and variances • Helping with year end and audit work • VAT and tax work • Team management The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a similar Finance Manager, Financial Accountant or Management Accountant role. This role could also suit a candidate making their first move in to industry from a top 10/20 practice firm.
