Group Trainer | Healthcare Reading Full time | Permanent £25,000 - £27,000 per annum Summary CCS | Compass Corporate Services are thrilled to be partnering with a private healthcare provider on the appointment of their Group Trainer. Due to growth, this organisation has recently acquired a number of care homes and therefore are seeking a group trainer to cover a number of homes including Watford, Hayes, Windsor and Oxford. Overview This role requires someone who has a get up and go approach and has the ability to engage and coach new staff for induction training, and host refresher training for existing staff. You'll need to demonstrate that you are adaptable, have a can-do attitude, and possess a passion to help others develop and succeed. This job requires someone who is confident, has an outgoing personality, and can work using their own initiative with very little management. You will need to lead by example, be approachable, and demonstrate a positive attitude that will develop a team working culture to help the organisation achieve. The role would be a fantastic fit for someone who has a background within training and care, someone who is resilient and can make training about learning as well as having fun at the same time. Additional responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Deliver as necessary the company's induction and mandatory training Refresher training Maintain an accurate training timetable This role is a regional position and requires regular travel, so it is essential that the right candidate for this job has a valid driving licence, access to their own and the flexibility to work.
