Overview
This role will be responsible for the reporting function of one Business Unit within the Group, and will have line management responsibility for a team of direct reports. Client Details A global business in the Logistics and Distribution sector, with offices in Renfrewshire. Description The successful Finance Business Partner will have the following responsibilities: Review monthly management accounts for all companies within the assigned Business Unit Preparation of monthly consolidated Business Unit reports and analysis for the Business Unit Head. Preparation of monthly cashflow projections. Support Business Unit Head to produce annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts. Preparation of annual statutory reports. Management of a small team of direct reports. Participation in the external audit process. Identification of process improvements as required. Any ad hoc duties as required. Profile The successful Finance Business Partner will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ CA/ CIMA) and will have previous working experience in a corporate role, preferably with oversight of multiple companies. Prior line management experience is strongly desired. Advanced MS Excel ability is also desired.
