You may have already worked in Recruitment and be keen to make a transition into a company where KPIs are not the be all and end all If so our client based in Watford, Herts are currently searching for a talented and driven individual to join their established and vibrant Recruitment team as a Recruitment Resourcer on a Permanent Full Time basis Don't worry if you don't have any recruitment experience, and I can assure you there is no business development unless you want there to be My client is willing to provide full training from expert recruiters in their industry to anyone with the right attitude and the ability to learn Job Responsibilities As a Resourcer your duties will include: Working alongside senior team members in recruiting across the spectrum of the market Sourcing, identifying and selecting candidates for high-value vacancies across the UK and Europe Day to day management of all candidate profiles in line with the searches, which includes conducting candidate meetings and preparing candidate profile documents Generating leads and contact information through researching and networking Developing customer relationships within the focused sectors Managing recruitment projects through delivering highly skilled candidates Desirable Strong verbal and written English are essential Good communication and interpersonal skills Confident with natural networking ability to build great Candidate and Client relationships Outgoing and confident when dealing with all levels of seniority Ambitious and driven by career and development Strong eye for detail Display pride and ownership of their work Experience in computer programming (JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS) would be an advantage Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
