Well it's never to late to make a change and here at Hays we are looking for new talent to join to our Watford branch Your new role: We are currently looking for all levels of Recruitment Consultants who join our specialism of Accountancy and Finance. This is a great opportunity to take the reins and starting working towards a successful career. Your main role is to manage the end to end recruitment process as well as winning new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will also be contacting candidates - building professional relationships and market knowledge, advertising current roles, networking with market specialists, using our market leading database to keep in touch with candidates and clients, attending client and candidate meetings and consistently hitting KPI's and targets.
