We have an exciting new opportunity for someone to join our Wilson James team on site for our client Warner Brothers as a Scheduling and Recruitment Administrator. You will be in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the Harry Potter Studio Tour and the "Behind the Scenes" at the Warner Brothers Studios in Leavesden, supporting with the scheduling of our current security team and recruiting people to join our excellent team. As a Scheduling and Recruitment Administrator, you will plan, co-ordinate and schedule, the activities of Security Department personnel in order to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of all tasks and generation of capacity for contingency. You will also coordinate all aspects of recruitment administration including sifting CVs, telephone screening and coordinating interviews and providing on-boarding information to the Resourcing Consultants. Produce shift rosters' and work schedules covering all known contracted hours & additional Adhoc hours for all Areas & positions provided by the Security Department at K019 & K020 sites. Co-ordinate personnel resources to ensure effective cover of holiday, sickness and other absence. Including the redeployment of personnel on site to mitigate the financial effect of short-term unauthorised absence. Allocate overtime requirements to Security Department personnel in a fair and transparent manner. Work with the Training Manager to ensure that the majority of training related absence does not affect the operation. Produce daily/weekly reports, statistics and documentation relating to the activities of your area of responsibility. Investigate all customer complaints in the service your schedules provide, identify non-conformances and initiate corrective action. Authorise or Decline all holiday request forms and track to ensure appropriate cover is sourced and all holidays are tracked. Ensure job requisitions are approved and advertised by liaising with the hiring manger and resourcing consultant. Sift and pre-screen candidates over the telephone to ensure their suitability for the position and they meet the standard criteria. Liaise with the hiring managers to arrange and coordinate interviews with the shortlisted candidates and decline the unsuccessful candidates. Take copies and verify right to work documentation and other relevant documentation to the role. Liaise with the Recruitment Consultant to ensure successful candidates are moved through the process through to on-boarding. Essential Skills Strong planning and organising skills Excellent communication skills Excellent timekeeping Team player. Ability to manage time and priorities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Desirable Skills Previous experience in scheduling Previous experience within an administrative role (recruitment admin will be an advantage) Working knowledge of Equal Opportunities legislation Personal skills; Working knowledge of Timegate Rostering System.
