We are looking for new and experienced Recruitment Consultants to start their Hays journey and road to success Our new recruits will be placed on a world class blended training and coaching program whilst still earning and building their desks. We currently have warm desks that are ready for someone to take reigns and hit the ground running With attractions such as London and Harry Potter Studio tour only a stone's throw away, this is an exciting place to live and to work Your New Role In this exciting position you will become an expert in your field and will recruit for one specialism gaining market knowledge and working exclusively with candidates. Responsibilities will include managing the end to end process of recruitment including screening candidates, interviewing, referencing, business development and building relationships. This is a proactive role and you will be making outbound calls as well as attending client meetings which you will be targeted on. What you need to succeed This is a sales based and target focused environment so you need to have the resilience and determination to succeed. You will also need to hold a UK driving licence as you will be out meeting candidates and clients.
