Read on to find out how those dreams can become your new reality: EnableYourGreatness at MHR Role responsibilities MHR are looking for a Receptionist to cover a period of maternity. The roles principal responsibility is to provide a high quality experience for customers, prospects, visitors and any other personnel. The successful applicant will be required to: Ensure that an efficient and quality reception service is maintained at all times. Full co-ordination of arrangements for external visitors including (but not limited to) arranging parking, lunches, taxis and room availability. Welcome all visitors and ensure that all security procedures are adhered to. Ensure the switchboard is answered with the minimum delay and in a courteous and polite manner. Deal with all queries quickly and efficiently Process incoming and franking outgoing post and notifying staff when post arrives. Arrange hotel bookings & courier services Provide room booking service to all internal staff Set up and maintain all rooms that are available for booking. Ensure there are refreshments and stationary in each room. Liaise with catering staff and ensure adequate refreshments for visitors are available according to corporate standards. Liaise with Security Staff for visitor parking spaces, parcel deliveries and introductions to the building. Assist with any ad hoc administrative duties Maintain logging of projectors To carry out any other duties that may be necessary from time to time. To prepare and organise the day to day running of rooms Maintain the first aid boxes at both sites. Ensure that stationary is permanently stocked. Set up visitors with WiFi access if requested and promote use of the charging station.
