Our client who are a service provider organisation on the outskirts of Leyland are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their vibrant team. Based on the outskirts of Leyland this business has seen substantial growth over recent years and is an exciting time to be joining them as part of their continued expansion. Based in fantastic modern offices you will be part of a supportive team being involved with all aspects of purchase ledger and being the first point of contact for all supplier queries. Main Job Role: Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager High volume Purchase Ledger Setting up new supplier accounts Matching, batching and coding invoices/credit notes Preparing accounts for payment runs Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients Person Specification: Previous purchase ledger experience or experience working within a finance department Capability to provide accurate & timely information Excellent customer service skills Ability to pick up systems quickly Motivated and hard working Flexible and adaptable This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a successful organisation to continue your purchase ledger experience where you will be rewarded with great benefits and an opportunity for progression.
