The Phoenix Works is a renewable energy company specialising in electric vehicle charging infrastructure and Solar PV installations across the UK. This really is an exciting time to join The Phoenix Works as it has recently teamed up with Tonik Energy to deliver the next phase of renewable energy and technology propositions. Both businesses share a common goal of driving the uptake of renewable technologies to tackle both climate change and fuel poverty. Together, over the next 3-years, Tonik and Phoenix plan to rollout over 10,000 electric vehicle charge points and deploy a mass market solar and battery storage solution across UK homes and businesses. Be part of the revolution We have an exciting brand new opportunity for an experienced Technical Administrator to support the company with the installation and maintenance of electric vehicle charging equipment for domestic, commercial and public sector clients across the UK. This is a really exciting time to join our rapidly growing team. What you will be doing Setup and commissioning of EV charging hardware to allow it to communicate with back-office software and function correctly on-site Technical support for our installation teams 3rd line technical support for our network users Asset Management Onboarding clients to our EV Management software and supporting the delivery teams with commissioning Creating and providing reports to for our clients Working with our Service Team to organise repair, service and maintenance of infrastructure Setup and Management of ticket fault resolution system for charger users Being the point of contact with our 3rd party suppliers for resolution and management Management of our end user requests for charging station access What we are looking for Technical support or IT based background Knowledge of communication networking principles Excellent computer and literacy skills to include working knowledge of Windows based software programmes Operational delivery experience Knowledge and experience of process documentation and to be able to provide a structured approach to your work Brilliant positive attitude - friendly, personable, trustworthy and honest Good communication skills with the ability to build good relationships Excellent organisational skills and able to manage time effectively (for both themselves and others) Good sense of fun and humour, wants to actively contribute to building a brilliant, caring culture Is a self-starter.
