FP&A Manager £60,000 per annum Nottingham The Opportunity: A private equity-backed SaaS business is seeking a FP&A Manager to implement a business partnering culture as they embark on their next phase of growth. This role will work extensively across the C-Suite and has full autonomy to create a best in class FP&A function for a rapidly growing, international group. The Role: The FP&A Manager will be responsible for the financial forecasting, budgeting and business partnering processes and will play a key role in the implementation of a new forecasting tool. Key Responsibilities: Act as business partner and subsequently build strong working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure the company delivers a quality service to customers Driving the FP&A function including forecast, budget and business insight processes Ensure the provision of high quality and timely financial reporting for the Group including from any acquired entities Driving improvements to the Group’s financial systems to leverage value creation including leading with the implementation of the forecasting module of Adaptive or Anaplan and PowerBI Implement robust outcome-focused analysis contributing to commercial decision-making; Support achieving the targeted increases in revenue and reduction in operating costs; Project manage end-to-end delivery of financial planning and forecasting including communications, timetables, data requirements and modelling; Support the reporting team in developing high quality, insightful reporting and robust forecasting ensuring early warning on any deviation from the expected outcome; Understand, analyse and challenge key operating metrics and drivers and challenge Divisional Management where results don’t meet targets; Ad-hoc finance support on projects as required by the business About You: ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified (or equivalent) Experience using Anaplan/ Adaptive Insights and Power BI (Or similar) Demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
