Clydebank G81 £14,652.30 - £18,506.98 a year OTE 21,500 – 27,600 Permanent (full and part-time) To provide exceptional levels of customer service and achieve performance targets by taking / making inbound and outbound telephone calls on behalf of the organisation’s clients to their customers for the purpose of recovering outstanding debt. Handling customer correspondence where you’ll be talking to customers who have found themselves in financial difficulty and you will be supporting them back on that journey to financial recovery. Your approach and listening skills will be key to understanding what the best course of action is to make a positive impact that really makes a difference. As a Customer Service Consultant, you must be highly motivated, competitive and focused as well as target driven. You must also be energetic, assertive, positive and able to handle difficult conversations. We’re dedicated to your learning and development from initial training, offering modern apprenticeship programmes and line manager support which feeds our promote from within structure. Prior contact centre experience is not necessary. We’re mostly looking for passionate and empathetic people that we can train and help every step of the way. Option A 3 shifts working 9am to 5pm and 2 shifts working from 9am to 8pm. 9am to 5pm 30 minute lunch with 2 fifteen minute breaks. 9am to 8pm 1 hour lunch with 2 fifteen minute breaks. Option B 3 shifts working 9am to 6pm and 2 shifts working from 11 am to 8pm. 9am to 6pm 30 minute lunch with 2 fifteen minute breaks. 11am to 8pm 30 minute lunch with 2 fifteen minute breaks. Backshift and Part-time Our backshift teams work Monday to Friday working 12pm till 8pm at 37.5 hours per week Shifts are covered by 30 min lunch and 2 breaks PDCS offer a flexible range of part-time working. A minimum of 16 hours per week as requested by the candidate and a requirement to attend the initial 4 week training period. There is a requirement to work 1 in every 3 Fridays from 10am to 7pm 30 minute lunch with 2 fifteen minute breaks. You would also be required to work 1 in every 3 Saturdays from 9am to 1pm which applies to both option A and Option B.
