£45,000 - £50,000 p/a | 40 Hour Contract – Days | Nurse or Non-Nurse Considered | Covering 6 Notts Care Homes | Experience Essential A leading health and social care provider is currently looking to recruit an experienced Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) or Non-Nurse Qualified Regional/Multi-Site Manager to lead and develop 6 care homes throughout the Nottinghamshire area. What the home is offering and details of this Peripatetic Care Home Manager post: A permanent contract of 40 hours per week Excellent annual salary from £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience A comprehensive induction and ongoing paid clinical training Opportunities to progress your career within the company A company pension scheme NMC renewal fees paid (subject to T&Cs) plus support with NMC revalidation if applicable A bonus of £500 plus reimbursement of your DBS fee following 6 months service Staff recognition and reward schemes 6 weeks annual leave As Peripatetic Home Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance and support to the Registered Managers throughout the portfolio of care homes, supporting management and operations teams within the group in meeting their operational, compliance and business objectives. Applicants for this Peripatetic Care Home Manager post will meet the following criteria: Ideally you will be an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) however Non-Nurse Multi-Site Care Home Managers with substantial experience at a senior management level will also be considered Extensive experience at a senior level in the elderly care sector, ideally having previously held a similar peripatetic or regional management post Excellent working knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements Sound business and financial management skills and knowledge Driving licence and access to a car for work purposes For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
