Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Interact with Customers via telephone & email Provide remote support to Customers Log incoming Customer requests through ITSM software Process additional workload assigned by Team Leader & Service Delivery Manager Prioritise workload daily Work as a Team and individually to spot trends relating to Customer reported issues Remain up to date on current known faults Experience and skill set required: Computer literacy required Proficiency using Windows 7, 8 & 10 OS Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc.) Keen interest in computing desirable Excellent time management skills Ability to prioritise tasks throughout the working day, acting on customer needs Strong organisational ability Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Ability to collaborate within a Team Experience of working in a Service Desk role (desirable) ITIL foundation (desirable) We offer: Full training on our bespoke software 24 days of holidays increasing with years of service plus bank holidays Private Healthcare option KPI incentives
