Overview

Global Accounting Network, has partnered with an amazing leisure business. We are currently looking for an Accounts payable assistant. The main purpose of the Accounts Payable Coordinator is to ensure that invoices and related enquiries are processed in a timely manner and that the Accounts Payable department operates smoothly. Key Responsibility: Process invoices; Petty Cash Claims and prepare statements Register a high volume of invoices received, on a daily basis and once processed & paid file said invoices. Process invoices in line with company procedures and committed service level agreements i.e. match operations invoices received from suppliers to purchase orders. Process property invoices outside the purchase order workflow ensuring that they are signed in accordance with company policy. Work closely with the internal stakeholders to highlight invoice errors relating to major contracts and follow-up until resolution. Process T&E & Petty cash claims and filing of said claims. Prepare statement reconciliations on a monthly basis; ensuring that outstanding invoices are investigated and if necessary copies requested and processed appropriately.
