Sous/Head Chef for a Boutique Restaurant at 2 Rosettes Our Client is an award winning Boutique Restaurant situated near Clapham looking for an experienced Sous to push up to a Head Chef to manage a brigade of 7 chefs. The restaurant uses the finest British produce to a simple but exemplary level for a great basis of customers in the area catering for around 200 covers per service during the weekend.
