Chef de Partie or Junior sous chef required for a Rosette Restaurant within a stunning hotel in the Ambleside / Grasmere area. Salary is up to £20 ,000-25000 and live in is available . The hotel is well known in the area for the Restaurant and is producing fantastic Rosette dishes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie or junior sous chef. The role: We are looking for a Chef de Partie from a fresh food background; you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties. If you are currently a more senior chef de partie, they will consider a junior sous chef role. Experience: We are looking for a Chef de Partie with experience as either a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie looking to step up.
