Mandarin and English speaking Telephone Researcher Royal Wootton Bassett Part-time, Permanent £9.91 an hour This role is for an English- and Mandarin-speaking Telephone Researcher, who will be responsible for conducting customer satisfaction surveys over the Telephone on behalf of our clients. We predominately work with UK based house builders, speaking to their customers after they have moved into the new build homes. You will have excellent telephone and customer relations skills.You will be fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. The successful candidate will be an outgoing, confident individual who is passionate about customer service. You will have excellent spelling and grammar skills and be able to type at least 50 words per minute on a standard keyboard.
