Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Customer Support Administrator to work in their leading facility in Telford. For the successful Customer Support Administrator our client is offering: i. Competitive salary ii. 20 days holiday, rising to 25 in the 2nd year of employment iii. Pension scheme The Role - Customer Support Administrator: i. Maintain accurate and up to date paper and computerised customer files ii. Processing of all customer service contract requirements and spares order processing from inital quotation stage, through to timely courier dispatching and final invoicing iii. Generating and issuing recommended system spares quotations iv. Take necessary actions to convert spares quotations to orders v. Regularly arranging and scheduling travel for the Engineers who travel Worldwide vi. Efficient routing and management of service requests to achieve customer satisfaction vii. Provide monthly accounting reports on: Quotes issued / orders received / Outstanding orders / Service and Spares sales viii. Fast paced role working with various departments of the business to achieve necessary targets What our client is looking for in a Customer Support Administrator: i. Experienced working within a customer support/service role ideally within a fast paced environment ii. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines iii. Highly organised and effective written/verbal communication skills iv. Ability to communicate with people outside of the business v.
