Overview
Do you have proven management experience within an engineering environment? Do you have a strong background within Manufacturing? Do you have experience within a regulated industry - Aerospace/Automotive? If you answered yes to the above then get in touch with the Redline Group as we are actively looking for a Quality And Manufacturing Manager to join our client, based near Twickenham. The Quality And Manufacturing Manager, based in Sunbury on Thames, will be responsible for supporting with new and existing products, including the definition of new processes (and supporting existing ones). Another key element of this role will include ensuring the department's engineers are aware of their responsibilities and their objectives. Also providing them with the necessary support to help the team objectives be achieved. Another key element will be the overview of projects and where resource needs to be assigned to ensure on time delivery. The ideal Quality And Manufacturing Manager, based in Sunbury on Thames, will have experience which includes: Proven management experience within a dynamic operations environment, Strong Manufacturing background with knowledge of NPI processes, A background within a highly regulated environment - Aerospace/ Automotive. Other experience includes: experience of implementing lean principles, PFMEA knowledge, experience with Fishbone/ Ishikawa diagrams.
