Overview
An Aerospace & Defence manufacturing company in Surrey are currently looking for a Quality Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Quality Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for working across the operations, supply chain and the design teams to provide manufacturing expertise to support new and existing processes. Key responsibilities -Driving lean manufacturing -Implementing NPI into manufacturing processes and operations -Mentoring new engineers -Lead teams to develop FMEA processes What skills/ experience should you have? -MRP Part 145 / EASA Part 145 -AS9100 -Management experience -Quality & Manufacturing background The salary on offer is negotiable up to £55,000 with a generous benefits package.
