Overview

Are you looking for a new job? Are you available immediately? Do you have previous administrative experience? Reporting to the department manager the main purpose of the role is to deal with incoming enquiries to establish customer needs and convert these into spare part sales. The duties are to include but not limited to: Manage customer requests for service via telephone, e-mail, letter, system generated, planned preventive maintenance schedules, etc. Input work requests to computer systems in accordance with procedures. Ensure that all quotations are up to date and are dispatched to the customer and place orders with suppliers Ensure that service delivery requirements are captured within the system and are effectively communicated to support efficient delivery of these services. Demonstrate the highest level of customer care and relationship management at all times Ongoing maintenance of spares stock levels including monitoring and updating of min & max levels. People requirements: Education - High standard of oral and written English Previous experience - Previous experience in a Customer Service/Technical role would be advantageous Confident with a can do attitude Wanting to work in a busy working environment The ideal candidate will be available immediately and have extensive sales admin/customer service experience.
