Overview
A Top 10 Accountancy Practice based in the Southampton area are looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager on a permanent basis. This office is the firms largest in the region and they cover all service lines, including tax, audit, accounts, financial reporting, corporate finance and recovery. There is also a strong partner presence, where the majority are focused towards Tax (3 Corporate Tax Partners). The Tax team has grown rapidly in recent years and on the Corporate side they have an unrivalled level of specialists based locally, bringing a real opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of advisory projects. Their sector specialisms include R&D, larges corporates, international, capital allowances and due diligence. The organisations client portfolio is evolving and it includes larger OMB’s, PE backed businesses and larger international listed clients for whom they carry out tax only work. As the audit market opens up, they are well placed to take advantage of tax only opportunities in the larger corporates based locally. You will be a Qualified Accountant or Tax Professional (ACA, CTA or ATT) with Corporate Tax experience gained ideally in a Practice environment. It is preferred for individuals to have a mix of compliance and advisory exposure. The company are renowned for their culture which is collaborative and professional.
