Overview
Plant Controller This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful and fast-growing engineering company in Swindon, who are looking for a Plant Controller. The role: Working as part of the operations management team to deliver agreed targets for the plant based on performance, costs, safety and quality Ensure the plant operates to internal and industry best practice Manage and analyse performance of vital machinery and systems Ensure that each shift is staffed and run effectively Management of costs and budget control Analysis of data Management, leadership and motivation of staff across all shifts Process improvement and sharing ideas to develop Skills and experience required: Ideal applicants will have experience within manufacturing production, engineering, chemical engineering or from the oil and gas industry Qualifications is engineering would be an advantage Experience within plant operations People management skills Health & safety qualification Ability to lead by example and project the company values
