JOB TITLE: Construction Project Manager LOCATION: Sutton, Greater London PAY RATE: £350-400 per day START DATE: ASAP DURATION: 3 months minimum IR35 STATUS: Outside The purpose of the role is to appoint & lead a team of professional consultants on a range of projects from Housing to Education with values up to £10M The appointed person will have accountability for achieving clearly specified and measurable results either personally or through the leadership of a team. Will be dealing with the most complex problems and issues within the boundaries of technical or professional skill and knowledge. Will make recommendations on procedural improvements and other initiatives to enhance team performance. 8 key requirements: - To have proven experience of the role of Client side Project manager. - To have proven experience of the appointment of Consultants via various Frameworks. - To have proven experience of the appointment of Contractors via various Frameworks. - To have proven experience of contract management including JCT D&B & Traditional. - To be able to compile viability studies & presentations. - To have proven construction experience. - To be professionally qualified - RIBA, RICS or similar. - To be able to write committee reports & present them where applicable.
