Our client is looking for Construction Manager
Qualifications
• Extensive experience in construction project coordination with a thorough understanding of architectural and engineering processes.
• Proficient in coordinating MEP systems and interpreting complex construction plans.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software, specifically CAT and Rabbet.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating and resolving issues professionally.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple aspects of construction projects efficiently.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current construction regulations and standards, with the ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact between architects, engineers, and construction teams, ensuring accurate execution of plans on site.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) plans and their alignment with architectural drawings.
• Facilitate project planning, assisting in obtaining necessary permits and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
• Verify that subdrawings and construction activities adhere to approved plans and specifications.
• Effectively manage communications to resolve discrepancies between planned designs and on-site execution.
• Maintain project schedules, ensuring structural elements and materials meet specified standards.
