Overview
Scrum Master / Agile Coach (JIRA Confluence DevOps Azure C#). Would you like to join an organisation carving a revolutionary path in their sector of financial services? In this Scrum Master role - you'll play a critical role in supporting the organisation throughout this period of transformational change. You'll spearhead a community of game-changers, supporting teams to action the vision of continuous improvement by driving delivery and accountability, helping teams to set achievable commitments and understand why things haven't worked. As a Scrum Master you'll lead three small, Agile teams within the Actuarial division of the business, assisting the delivery of data based products and some system migration work, so a technical or DevOps background would be beneficial. You'll need a good understanding of stakeholder expectations to gain consensus and bring people onside from the outset to drive positive change. Finally, in this Scrum Master position you'll empower teams through an Agile framework but otherwise you won't be fastened to any particular methodologies, instead you'll be trusted to secure collaboration and drive teams to high performance in the best way you know how. Requirements: You hold a SCRUM Certification You're a dynamic leader, committed to promoting organisational agility and continuous improvement You place high value on creating an inspiring delivery culture, facilitating collaboration and robust working relationships You're passionate about what you do and are keen to develop your skills Desirable: you have a technology background, knowledge of tracking software like JIRA, Confluence, you have knowledge of Azure / Cloud technologies / DevOps As a Scrum Master you'll earn a highly competitive salary (to £70k) plus bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including substantial pension contribution, generous holiday allowance, private healthcare and more.
