Are you a problem solver, organised and looking for a challenge? Do you have a minimum of 1 years experience in residential property management? We're looking for someone with excellent communication and relationship management skills to join our growing Property Management team. You will need strong communication and relationship management skills as you will be dealing with clients, landlords, tenants and contractors on a daily basis, and you should have a genuine interest in the property industry. The role involves liaising with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance issues; obtaining quotes from contractors; solving problems and managing a busy and varied workload. You’ll be working toward targets and an excellent bonus scheme so we’re looking for someone with some drive. Hard working, and highly organised, you will have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Most importantly, we are looking for a positive person who will be committed to the role.
