Vetro Recruitment have a rare opportunity for a Children's Home Registered Manager to join a leading not for profit organisation with Ofsted 'Good' rating across the board and more than 20 years experience supporting young people in the area. Easily accessible from Taunton, Bridgewater, Tiverton, Yeovil and Exeter, the home is perfectly situated in a rural location just outside Wellington, offering the young people the best of both worlds. The settled and passionate team work tirelessly to advocate for and support the 3 young people within the home aged 11-18 with emotional behavioural difficulties. Salary: £31,000 - £36,500 Location: Wellington / Somerset Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (flexible) Contract Type: Permanent This role offers support and development for the right candidate looking to step up into management. Alternatively, a candidate already in a registered manager position, looking for a new opportunity in a small organisation, with the children at the heart of their values and a dedicated, close knit leadership team. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience working in a residential home for young people.
