Overview
A well-known and highly regarded London market insurer seeks individuals with analytical/modelling experience gained in the insurance industry. The company has a supportive environment and a competitive benefits package. As part of a growing team, you will be providing analytical support across the company in the approach to exposure modelling; assisting with support for pricing, analytics, MI and reporting to relevant stakeholders, providing support to wider risk aggregation projects, building internal relationships with key contacts within the business and supporting external relationships with software providers and brokers. You will be working on Cargo, Specie, Terrorism and Energy classes of business. The successful candidate will have: Advanced IT skills - particularly MS Excel, VBA and preferably SQL Experience of using RMS, AIR, Sequel Impact, Open Xposure (or similar software) Good knowledge of at least one of the above classes of business A degree (or equivalent) Excellent communcation skills The ability to communicate at all levels Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Teamwork skills This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89948788
