Overview
My client, a well known consultancy, is looking for a someone who has expertise in R programming, and has knowledge of enterprise risk framework preferably experience in at-least one of the Stress Testing, Scenario Generation, risk model development, model validation. The candidate will support and contribute to the design of components for the strategic Risk platform. The candidate would be expected to work to the required standards, and to face the stakeholders in development, QA and product management as well as the business. The candidate will interact with Market Risk Officers, Quants and a globally distributed IT team Expertise using TeamCity, Nexus, GitHub Worked with agile SDLC and TDD methodologies, with Git and continuous integration Prior experience Java, Shell scripting would be preferred Experience in cloud (if possible Microsoft Azure) Data-bricks, Spark, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to resolve issues) 1 - Configuration & Release Management (P4 - Expert) | 2 - Financial Stress Testing (P4 - Expert) | 3 - R Language and Environment (P4 - Expert) | 4 - Design & Build Enablement (P3 - Advanced) Experience in the Financial services sector is essential.
