Senior/Associate Electrical Design Engineer job in Kent with a growing start up - £60,000 Benefits Your new company Your new company is providing great prospects and a stable environment through looking for a Senior/Associate Electrical Design Engineer who wants to come into an organisation as a business partner and grow it as their own through dedication, expertise and hard work. They are currently based in East Kent in a newly refurbished and very modern office where you will be part of a 10 employee office which is made up of 8 M&E Contractors and 2 Design Engineers (You and the Director). Your new role Your new role will find you working within the organisation as a business partner and you will be a vital part of the development process of the company. This will be achieved through developing and maintaining client relationships as well as producing detailed designs on primarily residential, commercial and educational projects. To succeed To succeed you need to have experience within Building Services working within various aspects of Electrical Design and be able to do a range of works. Also, you will need to have a DBS and or be happy for a DBS enhanced check to be run due to Educational projects which the organisation will be working on in the Summer. You will need to have experience with leading client/design meetings, working on projects from conception to completion and you need to be ambitious and willing to work hard for the success of you and the company. In return In return you will receive a great opportunity to grow a business as your own through heading up the Electrical Design division, providing you with unlimited opportunity as the business is planning to be expanding year on year with the assistance of the director and you. You will also receive a good salary of up to £60,000 with a potential bonus scheme (Work in progress), paid for company expenses, 22 days bank holidays.
