Part 2 Architectural Assistant job. Located in York with easy access to public transport and onsite parking. Your new company A medium sized practice based in the beautiful city of York require an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Architectural Technician to join their team. Your new practice work across multiple sectors although they specialise within the care home sector and have current live sites across the country. Ideally located and easily accessible by public transport or car. Your new role You will be working alongside other design professionals to produce and deliver high quality projects nationally. Site visits and client meetings will be a regular responsibility in your new role. As you develop and become more immersed into the practice you will be given your own projects to take through to completion. What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will need to be confident using revit or be proficient on autocad with a desire to learn revit. Ideally you will have previous experience working within either the residential or commercial sectors although a positive attitude and desire to develop is essential for this role. What you'll get in return In return you will get a competitive salary of circa £28,000 depending on your experience. You will also get 20 days holiday bank holidays the Christmas closure. Parking in York can be tricky and your new practice have free parking available on site for their staff.
