Company Description Home Instead provides the very best home care and support to assist older people in our local communities remain in their own home where they are happiest. All our calls are at least an hour long and put the needs of the people we care for at the centre of everything we do. We are rated as 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission and our team are exceptional and caring and our care roles are extremely rewarding. Job Description We design our care around the needs of our clients. You will be matched to clients who you will see regularly so that you are able to build a long term relationship with. From help around the home to social visits, from practical support to trips out, our aim is to help older people remain independent and in their own home. We have flexible and you could opt to work mornings, evenings or part of a weekend to fit in around other commitments with a set schedule each week. You will be part of a team that delivers the best care with a working pattern that suits you. Qualifications We provide full support and training and we encourage personal development for all our team. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You must be reliable, trustworthy, enjoy building friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others. Making a postive difference to the lives of the people we care for must be important to you.
