Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor Immediate start available Your new company Your new company is an established residential company based in East London who pride themselves in delivering stunning homes for their clients. Due to an increase in workload they are looking to appoint a junior/assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in their refurbishment arm of the business. Your new role You will be joining an existing team of Quantity Surveyors and be offered support and training. Your role will include providing support to the Senior Quantity Surveyor to carry out subcontract and materials procurement, reviewing and processing subcontract payments, ledger accounts, checking material invoices against purchase orders etc. What you'll need to succeed A degree in Quantity Surveying. Reliable, trustworthy and proactive. Strong organisation and communication skills. Methodical approach and attention to detail. It would be desirable to have some residential QS experience. You will receive up to £30, 000 depending on experience and a benefits package. Further salary enhancement may be available if the candidate is able to demonstrate suitable experience in the role.
