Overview

Forge are working with a contract caterer to recruit a Chef de Partie to join their growing team at this fantastic newly built site in Wells. The caterer provides a fully comprehensive staff dining offer for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 7 days per week catering for up to 200 covers max daily. Everything is made fresh on site and all the chefs are encouraged to put forward ideas for the menu. Chef de Parties will be fully involved in all areas of the kitchen working very closely with the Chef Manager to create menus and deliver a fantastic service. Chef de Partie's will work a 40 hour week across 3 shift patterns: Early: 7am - 3pm Mid: 10am - 6pm Late: 1pm - 9pm We are looking for Chef de Parties with a passion for food and a real can do positive attitude and an understanding of contract kitchens.
