Overview
THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Property Manager working for an estate agents based in Leicester. This is a permanent full time position, working hours: Monday - Friday: 08:45 - 18:00. Saturdays (Rota): 09:00 - 16:00. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete property visits and send completed inspection reports to landlords. Ensure the tenancy is legally compliant. Property maintenance and repairs - liaise with landlords and tenants, instruct contractors, chase invoices. Organising inventories/check-outs. Tenancy lease terminations and deposit returns. Managing reception - answer telephone, greet clients. Register new applicants and book viewings. Obtain viewing feedback and update Landlords. New tenancy sign ups. Tenancy renewals. Council tax and utility management - void period bills. EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Previous lettings experience. Strong organisational, administrative and general office skills. Ability to prioritise and multitask within fast-paced atmosphere. Computer literate - competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. UK Driving Licence and own vehicle. CFP WinMan proficiency - desirable. ARLA qualification - desirable.
