Customer Service Advisor - Temp to Perm

Overview

The purpose of the role is to liaise with customers and engineers, to ensure the smooth running of the service department. The role will start on a temporary basis, with the view to continue to a 6 month contract. Key roles and Responsibilities: • Answering incoming calls from customers and engineers • Keeping in contact with customers and regularly updating them on progress • Assisting with invoices, as well as resolving any invoice queries • Taking payments • Inputting data on to SAP, keeping SAP and the CRM updated • Always maintaining a high level of customer service Skills and Experience: • Previous customer service experience, ideally phone/office based • Highly accurate • Able to multi task and keep on top of different tasks • Experience of using Microsoft Office • Ability to learn new business software's quickly • Knowledge of SAP is beneficial, but not essential • Brilliant telephone manner, and able to deal with customers of all levels.
