Overview

Customer Service - French/German Our client located in Milton Keynes is seeking Customer Services Advisors. You must have strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office. Full training will be provided on the mainframe software. It is important that, as the working language is English, that you are fluent in both English and French/German. Key Responsibilities: Receiving phone calls from Distributors and/or Customers, taking orders and answering queries Two-way liaison with distributors and staff, via phone, post and email. Responsible for taking queries and having ownership of issues raised. Receiving and responding to correspondence or forwarding for action as required Action administration resulting from calls and emails. Coordinate with the internal departments to find solutions and resolve queries Maintain follow up with the customer, whose query you had solved,. Ensuring they are satisfied with your solution Handle customer queries patiently and provide resolution Having the flexibility and being prepared to assist within Customer Services or other departments should the need arise Translation and proof reading as required. From time to time taken on special projects in conjunction with the improving of Customer Services. Completing any admin task in relation to Customer queries Key Performance Areas: Working towards company target of 1st Call Resolution for contacts to Customer Services Identifying threats and opportunities affecting Sales/Profitability Conduct regular review of outstanding queries to ensure rapid resolution of issues Be able to work effectively as part of a team, both as part of the Team and loyal to the Companies values and goals. Maintain a professional and friendly manner at all times when communicating with Distributors, Customers and staff. Skills and Experience: Fluent in verbal and written French/German is essential Previous customer service experience including complaint handling Excellent communication The ability to multi-task, handling calls and emails, whilst maintaining a professional and friendly persona Proficient in administrative duties The ability to identify sales opportunities Working hours 8:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Salary commensurate with Experience.
